What is TickerBox?

TickerBox is a physical Wi-Fi desktop display for selected market prices and charts. Keep your watchlist in view on a dedicated LED screen.

Markets: Display stocks, ETFs, currency pairs, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.

Display options: Add up to 20 symbols and choose 12-hour, 24-hour, or 5-day chart timeframes. A 12/24-hour digital clock mode is also available.

TickerBox displays information only. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide investment advice. Quote availability and delays depend on the market and data provider.

Stocks & ETFs 15,000+ stocks and ETFs across the US (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX), Europe (Euronext, XETRA, LSE), Canada (TSX), and Asia (SEHK, etc.).

Forex 1,500+ currency pairs with price quotes and historical trends.

Crypto 4,500+ cryptocurrencies, including majors like Bitcoin/Ethereum and thousands of altcoins.

Commodities 40+ major commodities including Energy (Oil, Gas), Metals (Gold, Silver), and Agriculture.

Indexes Major global indices (S&P 500, Dow Jones, Nasdaq, FTSE 100, etc.) including constituents.

How many assets can I add?

Add up to 20 assets to your watchlist. TickerBox automatically cycles through your selections.

Is there a subscription fee?

No. You don’t need a paid subscription to use TickerBox.

How do I set it up?

Connect the any ⚠ 5V power source, follow the included setup instructions to join your Wi-Fi network, and select your assets. You can manage settings from your phone or computer without installing an additional app.

What Wi-Fi connection does it need?

TickerBox connects to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.

Which currencies are supported for stocks and crypto?

Stock prices are displayed in the currency of the market where the stock is listed—for example, EUR for euro-denominated markets and USD for US markets. For cryptocurrencies, you can choose from USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and JPY.

Can it show charts?

Yes. Choose a 12-hour, 24-hour, or 5-day chart timeframe.

What sizes are available?

Regular: 164 × 84 × 36 mm. A compact display for viewing at your desk, beside a keyboard, or under a monitor.

Large: 324 × 164 × 36 mm. A larger display for a shelf, shared workspace, or viewing from farther away.

Choose the size that suits your available space and viewing distance.

What comes in the box?

Your order includes a TickerBox, USB-C power cable, and user manual.

Power adapter is not included. Make sure to use power adapter that has 5V output and at least 1.0A current or more.

Can I use it as a clock?

Yes. TickerBox includes a clock mode with a choice of 12-hour or 24-hour format.

When will my order arrive?

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is:

United States: 5–12 business days.
European Union and United Kingdom: 5–7 business days.
Canada and Australia: 7–15 business days.
Other destinations: 5–15 business days.

These are estimates; customs and carrier delays can affect arrival dates.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number. Enter it on our Track Your Order page to follow your delivery.

Will I need to pay import charges?

Orders delivered outside the European Union may incur customs duties or import taxes. These charges are payable by the recipient and aren’t included in your order total.

Can I return my TickerBox?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to our return policy. Contact hello@tickerbox.eu before sending anything back.
