What is TickerBox?

TickerBox is a desktop market display that keeps your favourite asset prices in sight, so you can check them without opening another app or browser tab.

Which assets can I follow?

TickerBox supports stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, forex, and commodities. Looking for a particular symbol? Email hello@tickerbox.eu before ordering so we can confirm availability.

How many assets can I add?

Add up to 20 assets to your watchlist. TickerBox automatically cycles through your selections.

Is there a subscription fee?

No. You don’t need a paid subscription to use TickerBox.

How do I set it up?

Connect the any ⚠ 5V power source, follow the included setup instructions to join your Wi-Fi network, and select your assets. You can manage settings from your phone or computer without installing an additional app.

What Wi-Fi connection does it need?

TickerBox connects to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.

Which currencies are supported for stocks and crypto?

Stock prices are displayed in the currency of the market where the stock is listed—for example, EUR for euro-denominated markets and USD for US markets. For cryptocurrencies, you can choose from USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and JPY.

Can it show charts?

Yes. Choose a 12-hour, 24-hour, or 5-day chart timeframe.

What sizes are available?

Regular measures 164 × 84 × 36 mm. Large measures 324 × 164 × 36 mm.

Regular (Personal Space): Designed for the focused trader. This size is optimized for a standard desk setup where the device sits closer to you. It fits perfectly under a monitor or next to a keyboard without cluttering your workspace. It’s subtle, sleek, and provides "Passive Awareness" while you work.

Large (Office & Shared Spaces): Engineered for high-visibility. The Large model features expanded display that make the data legible from across the room. It is the ideal choice for professional offices, living room mantels, or "Command Center" walls. If you want to check your portfolio while walking into the room or from your sofa, the Large is the gold standard.

Pro Tip: If you are building a professional trading "battle station" with multiple monitors, the Large provides a more balanced, high-end aesthetic that matches the scale of your gear.

What comes in the box?

Your order includes a TickerBox, USB-C power cable, and user manual.

Can I use it as a clock?

Yes. TickerBox includes a clock mode with a choice of 12-hour or 24-hour format.

When will my order arrive?

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is:

United States: 5–12 business days.
European Union and United Kingdom: 5–7 business days.
Canada and Australia: 7–15 business days.
Other destinations: 5–15 business days.

These are estimates; customs and carrier delays can affect arrival dates.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number. Enter it on our Track Your Order page to follow your delivery.

Will I need to pay import charges?

Orders delivered outside the European Union may incur customs duties or import taxes. These charges are payable by the recipient and aren’t included in your order total.
